WAGYU SALT AND PEPPER ROAST

Ingredients
1 | 3 KG - JAPANESE WAGYU STRIPLOIN SLAB, A4 |
2 | 120 ML - PONZU SAUCE |
3 | TO TASTE - SALT AND PEPPER |
4 | PRIMEBEEF MEAT THERMOMETER |
Steps
1 | Preheat your oven to 450°F for 30 minutes. |
2 | Season your Wagyu slab well on all sides. |
3 | On high heat, sear your seasoned Striploin. Set it aside on a baking tray and put it straight into the preheated oven.. |
4 | Cook the Striploin for about 10 mins or if the internal temperature reached 125°F for medium rare. |
5 | Serve with ponzu sauce to add a citrus taste on your Striploin roast. |
