Ingredients
1 3 KG - JAPANESE WAGYU STRIPLOIN SLAB, A4
2 120 ML - PONZU SAUCE
3 TO TASTE - SALT AND PEPPER
4 PRIMEBEEF MEAT THERMOMETER
Steps
1 Preheat your oven to 450°F for 30 minutes.
2 Season your Wagyu slab well on all sides.
3 On high heat, sear your seasoned Striploin. Set it aside on a baking tray and put it straight into the preheated oven..
4 Cook the Striploin for about 10 mins or if the internal temperature reached 125°F for medium rare.
5 Serve with ponzu sauce to add a citrus taste on your Striploin roast.
