Steak, potatoes and herbed butter, oh my!

Ingredients
1 2 PIECES - AGED ANGUS T-BONE STEAK, CHOICE GRADE
2 OR AGED ANGUS T-BONE STEAK, PRIME GRADE
3 300 G - POTATO FRIES
4 60 G - HERBED BUTTER
5 2 PIECES - GARLIC CLOVES
6 1 TWIG - ROSEMARY HERB
Steps
1 On a medium pan, heat up butter and brown your well seasoned T-bone steak on high heat.
2 Add in the crushed garlic clove and rosemary herb on the pan.
3 Baste your steak cut in herbed butter and cook until you have reached your desired doneness.
4 Serve with fries and finish off with herbed butter on top.
