STEAK FRITES
Steak, potatoes and herbed butter, oh my!

Ingredients
| 1 | 2 PIECES - AGED ANGUS T-BONE STEAK, CHOICE GRADE |
| 2 | OR AGED ANGUS T-BONE STEAK, PRIME GRADE |
| 3 | 300 G - POTATO FRIES |
| 4 | 60 G - HERBED BUTTER |
| 5 | 2 PIECES - GARLIC CLOVES |
| 6 | 1 TWIG - ROSEMARY HERB |
Steps
| 1 | On a medium pan, heat up butter and brown your well seasoned T-bone steak on high heat. |
| 2 | Add in the crushed garlic clove and rosemary herb on the pan. |
| 3 | Baste your steak cut in herbed butter and cook until you have reached your desired doneness. |
| 4 | Serve with fries and finish off with herbed butter on top. |
