SOY GARLIC BEEF
Soy sauce, garlic, and beef belly. You can't go wrong.

Ingredients
| 1 | 2 KG - BACON CUT SHORTPLATE |
| 2 | 1 CUP - LIGHT SOY SAUCE |
| 3 | 1/2 CUP - BROWN SUGAR |
| 4 | 4 PIECES - GARLIC CLOVES (MINCED) |
| 5 | 1 TBSP - GARLIC CHIPS |
| 6 | TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER |
Steps
| 1 | In a bowl, place your bacon cut shortplate and pour in soy sauce, sugar, garlic and salt and pepper. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. |
| 2 | Preheat a griddle pan on high for about 5 minutes and drizzle in some oil. |
| 3 | Take out your beef and grill both sides, about 30 seconds each. |
| 4 | Serve on a dish with garlic chips. |
