Ingredients
1 | 2 KG - BACON CUT SHORTPLATE |
2 | 1 CUP - LIGHT SOY SAUCE |
3 | 1/2 CUP - BROWN SUGAR |
4 | 4 PIECES - GARLIC CLOVES (MINCED) |
5 | 1 TBSP - GARLIC CHIPS |
6 | TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER |

Steps
1 | In a bowl, place your bacon cut shortplate and pour in soy sauce, sugar, garlic and salt and pepper. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. |
2 | Preheat a griddle pan on high for about 5 minutes and drizzle in some oil. |
3 | Take out your beef and grill both sides, about 30 seconds each. |
4 | Serve on a dish with garlic chips. |
