SEARED STRIPLOIN STEAK

Ingredients
| 1 | 500 G - AGED ANGUS STRIPLOIN STEAK, CHOICE GRADE |
| 2 | OR DRY AGED ANGUS STRIPLOIN CHOICE STEAK |
| 3 | 7 PIECES - BRUSSEL SPROUTS |
| 4 | 12 PIECES - MARBLE POTATOES, CLEANED |
| 5 | 1 TBSP - BUTTER |
| 6 | 2 PIECES - GARLIC CLOVES |
| 7 | TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER |
Steps
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. |
| 2 | On a roasting tray, spread out potatoes and brussel sprouts and coat with oil then season with salt and pepper. |
| 3 | Roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. |
| 4 | Once roasted, remove from the oven and set aside. |
| 5 | On a high heated skillet, drizzle some oil and sear the first side of the Striploin. About 2 minutes. |
| 6 | Flip and sear the other side for another 2 minutes. |
| 7 | After you've flipped the second side, place your butter and garlic and let it melt. Baste the steak for about 2 minutes with the garlic butter. |
| 8 | Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. |
