ROASTED LAMB LEG

Ingredients
| 1 | 3 KG - BONELESS LEG OF LAMB |
| 2 | OR BONE IN LEG OF LAMB |
| 3 | 40 G - FRESH PARSLEY |
| 4 | 4 PIECES - CORIANDER LEAVES |
| 5 | 5 G - ROSEMARY |
| 6 | DIJON MUSTARD |
| 7 | TO TASTE - SALT AND PEPPER |
Steps
| 1 | In a food processor, mix in the herbs and spices and grind until fine. |
| 2 | Preheat your oven to 375°F . Season well your Lamb leg with salt and pepper. |
| 3 | Heat up your grill pan good enough for searing. Brown you lamb leg slab on all sides. |
| 4 | Set aside the lamb leg slab. Once it has been cooled, brush the mustard on the slab. |
| 5 | The mustard would serve as glue to your coarsely grinded fresh herbs. |
| 6 | Cook your slab in the pre heated oven for a good 45 mins. |
| 7 | Serve with mint jelly and sundried couscous. |
