Ingredients
1 COOKED FRESH CORNED BEEF OR CORNED BEEF EXPRESS
2 THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING OR CREAM OF HORSERADISH
3 SAUERKRAUT
4 SWISS CHEESE
5 BUTTER
6 SOURDOUGH OR RYE BREAD
Steps
1 Spread thousand island dressing or cream of horseradish on 2 slices of sourdough or rye bread.
2 Place leftover corned beef on one bread slice, with a layer of Sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
3 Coat the exposed side of your other slice of bread with soft butter, then put that on top.
4 Finally, place the sandwich on a skillet or a grill, and cook until golden brown.
Tips
1 Slice the sandwich diagonally (triangles just taste better, trust us) and serve hot!
