Ingredients
| 1 | COOKED FRESH CORNED BEEF OR CORNED BEEF EXPRESS |
| 2 | THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING OR CREAM OF HORSERADISH |
| 3 | SAUERKRAUT |
| 4 | SWISS CHEESE |
| 5 | BUTTER |
| 6 | SOURDOUGH OR RYE BREAD |
Steps
| 1 | Spread thousand island dressing or cream of horseradish on 2 slices of sourdough or rye bread. |
| 2 | Place leftover corned beef on one bread slice, with a layer of Sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. |
| 3 | Coat the exposed side of your other slice of bread with soft butter, then put that on top. |
