1 1 1/3 cups (10 oz) pork belly, thinly sliced
2 3 cloves garlic, minced
3 4 Thai bird’s eye chilies, chopped (adjust to taste)
4 1/2 tsp salt
5 1/2 tsp white sugar
6 1/4 tsp white pepper
7 3 green onions, finely chopped
Steps
1 Heat oil in a wok or pan, then add the pork belly. Cook until golden and slightly crispy.
