PINOY FRESH CORNED BEEF WITH SINANGAG RICE OR PANDESAL

Ingredients
| 1 | ½ KG - FRESH CORNED BEEF OR CORNED BEEF EXPRESS LEFTOVERS |
| 2 | 3 CLOVES - GARLIC (MINCED) |
| 3 | 1 MEDIUM - ONIONS (SLICED) |
| 4 | 2 MEDIUM - POTATOES(CUBED) |
| 5 | CORN OIL |
| 6 | SINANGAG RICE OR PANDESAL |
Steps
| 1 | Flake the leftover cooked corned beef then set it aside. |
| 2 | Sauté the minced garlic and sliced onions in cooking oil. |
| 3 | Add the cubed potatoes. |
| 4 | When the potatoes are cooked, mix in the flaked fresh corned beef. Serve with sinangag rice or pandesal. |
Tips
| 1 | For a crispy version, deep fry the flaked corned beef until crispy. Serve as rice topping on sinangag rice. You can even stuff it in pandesal. |
