2 | 1 TBSP - MIRIN |
3 | 3 TBSP - HOISIN |
4 | 2 TBSP - GOCHUJANG |
5 | 1 TSP - SOY SAUCE |
6 | 1 TBSP - BROWN SUGAR |
7 | 2 SHEETS - NORI |

Steps
1 | In a small mixing bowl, add in brown sugar, hoisin, mirin, soy sauce and gochujang. |
2 | Marinade the short ribs for at least an hour. |
3 | Grill the marinated short ribs while melting your cheese in a separate pan. |
4 | Serve with rice, nori, cheese and kimchi. |
