Ingredients
| 1 | 500 G - THIN SHORT RIBS BONE IN |
| 2 | 1 TBSP - MIRIN |
| 3 | 3 TBSP - HOISIN |
| 4 | 2 TBSP - GOCHUJANG |
| 5 | 1 TSP - SOY SAUCE |
| 6 | 1 TBSP - BROWN SUGAR |
| 7 | 2 SHEETS - NORI |
| 8 | 30 G - CHEESE |
Steps
| 1 | In a small mixing bowl, add in brown sugar, hoisin, mirin, soy sauce and gochujang. |
| 2 | Marinade the short ribs for at least an hour. |
| 3 | Grill the marinated short ribs while melting your cheese in a separate pan. |
| 4 | Serve with rice, nori, cheese and kimchi. |
