HONEY SOY STEAK CUBES

This steak cube recipe strikes a balance between strong salty and sweet flavors.

Ingredients
1 1 KG - ANGUS STEAK CUBES
2 1/2 CUP - LIGHT SOY SAUCE
3 1/4 CUP - HONEY
4 TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER
5 4 CUPS - COOKED RICE
6 OR FRIED POTATO WEDGES
Steps
1 Preheat your pan to medium high heat for about 5 minutes.
2 Drizzle oil on your Steak Cubes and season with salt and pepper.
3 Pan-sear your Steak Cubes, about 30 seconds per side to achieve a golden brown crust.
4 Once all sides have been seared, take your Steak Cubes out of the pan and set aside.
5 Using the same pan, pour in your soy sauce and honey and let reduce over low heat for about 15 minutes. Once reduced, you can drizzle the glaze over your Steak Cubes.
6 Serve with your choice of rice or potato wedges.
Tips
1 Searing your steak on high heat for a quick amount of time will ensure that nice crust but medium rare doneness in the middle.
