HONEY SOY SIRACHA RIBEYE ROAST

Honey, soy, and sriracha on a roast! Who would've thought!

Ingredients
1 3 KG - JAPANESE WAGYU RIBEYE SLAB, A4
2 50 ML - HONEY
3 80 ML - SOY SAUCE
4 100 G - SRIRACHA
5 TO TASTE - SALT AND PEPPER
Steps
1 Preheat your oven to 450°F for 30 minutes.
2 Season your Wagyu slab well on all sides.
3 In a small bowl, whisk in your honey, soy sauce and sriracha.
4 Brush your Ribeye Slab with the honey-soy-sriracha mixture and let it sit for at least 30 mins.
5 You may now cook your marinated RIbeye slab in the oven for 30 minutes or until it has reached an internal temperature of 125°F for medium rare doneness.
6 Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
