HONEY SOY SIRACHA RIBEYE ROAST

Ingredients
1 | 3 KG - JAPANESE WAGYU RIBEYE SLAB, A4 |
2 | 50 ML - HONEY |
3 | 80 ML - SOY SAUCE |
4 | 100 G - SRIRACHA |
5 | TO TASTE - SALT AND PEPPER |
Steps
1 | Preheat your oven to 450°F for 30 minutes. |
2 | Season your Wagyu slab well on all sides. |
3 | In a small bowl, whisk in your honey, soy sauce and sriracha. |
4 | Brush your Ribeye Slab with the honey-soy-sriracha mixture and let it sit for at least 30 mins. |
5 | You may now cook your marinated RIbeye slab in the oven for 30 minutes or until it has reached an internal temperature of 125°F for medium rare doneness. |
6 | Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. |
