Hanging Tender Fillets

An underrated cut of beef easily prepared and marinated quickly for a meal to feed the whole family. Recipe by Baba’s Bites / @geri.lamata

Ingredients
1 1 slab of Primebeef Hanging Tender
2 Olive oil
3 Butter
4 Salt
5 Pepper
6 Dijon mustard
7 Worcestershire sauce
8 Rosemary
Steps
1 Don't be intimated, let's clean the meat.
2 Slowly and carefully, slice off all the silver skin, excess fat, and the muscle in the middle of the slab.
3 Once that's done, you end up with beautiful tender fillets that are ready to be marinated and seared.
4 Marinate in olive oil, salt, pellet, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
5 Give it a good sear, rest for 10 mins and slice it up and serve!
