Hanging Tender Fillets
An underrated cut of beef easily prepared and marinated quickly for a meal to feed the whole family. Recipe by Baba’s Bites / @geri.lamata

Ingredients
| 1 | 1 slab of Primebeef Hanging Tender |
| 2 | Olive oil |
| 3 | Butter |
| 4 | Salt |
| 5 | Pepper |
| 6 | Dijon mustard |
| 7 | Worcestershire sauce |
| 8 | Rosemary |
Steps
| 1 | Don't be intimated, let's clean the meat. |
| 2 | Slowly and carefully, slice off all the silver skin, excess fat, and the muscle in the middle of the slab. |
| 3 | Once that's done, you end up with beautiful tender fillets that are ready to be marinated and seared. |
| 4 | Marinate in olive oil, salt, pellet, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. |
| 5 | Give it a good sear, rest for 10 mins and slice it up and serve! |
