Ingredients
1 | 2 KG - BEEF HANGING TENDER |
2 | 2 PIECES - GARLIC CLOVES (MINCED) |
3 | 1 CUP - PARSLEY (CHOPPED) |
4 | 1 PIECE - RED CHILI, SMALL (CHOPPED) |
5 | 1/4 TSP - DRIED OREGANO |
6 | 1/2 CUP - OLIVE OIL |
7 | 2 TBSP - RED WINE VINEGAR |
8 | TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER |
Steps
1 | Preheat your grill until it reaches about 375°F. |
2 | Season the hanging tender with salt and pepper, grill for about 4 minutes per side. Let the steak rest. |
3 | In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and all your herbs and aromatics. Pour in the red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste. |
4 | Slice the hanging tender into pieces and drizzle the chimichurri on top. |
