GRILLED WAGYU BURGER

Ingredients
1 | 5 PATTIES - WAGYU BURGER |
2 | 1 LARGE - ONION (SLICED) |
3 | 5 PIECES - BURGER BUNS (TOASTED) |
4 | 1 CUP - MAYONNAISE |
5 | 1 CUP - WASABI PASTE |
6 | LETTUCE LEAVES |
7 | TOMATO SLICES |
8 | TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER |
Steps
1 | In a medium saute pan, heat up some olive oil and saute your onions until it cooks down and caramelizes, about 30 minutes. |
2 | Preheat a separate griddle pan on medium heat for about 5 minutes. |
3 | Season your wagyu patties with salt and pepper on both sides, then cook for about 5 minutes per side. Once cooked, set aside. |
4 | In a small mixing bowl, combine your mayonnaise and wasabi and mix well. |
5 | Spread an equal amount of wasabi mayo on all the toasted buns then place a patty on each, top with your caramelized onions, lettuce and tomatoes. |

1 | Keep an eye on your onions and stir contanstly so it won't burn. |
