GRILLED WAGYU BURGER

Take everything you know about burgers, and imagine something ten times more indulgent.

Ingredients
1 5 PATTIES - WAGYU BURGER
2 1 LARGE - ONION (SLICED)
3 5 PIECES - BURGER BUNS (TOASTED)
4 1 CUP - MAYONNAISE
5 1 CUP - WASABI PASTE
6 LETTUCE LEAVES
7 TOMATO SLICES
8 TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER
Steps
1 In a medium saute pan, heat up some olive oil and saute your onions until it cooks down and caramelizes, about 30 minutes.
2 Preheat a separate griddle pan on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
3 Season your wagyu patties with salt and pepper on both sides, then cook for about 5 minutes per side. Once cooked, set aside.
4 In a small mixing bowl, combine your mayonnaise and wasabi and mix well.
5 Spread an equal amount of wasabi mayo on all the toasted buns then place a patty on each, top with your caramelized onions, lettuce and tomatoes.
Tips
1 Keep an eye on your onions and stir contanstly so it won't burn.
