CLASSIC CORNED BEEF EXPRESS

Ingredients
1 | 1-1 ½ KG - CORNED BEEF EXPRESS |
2 | 4 CUPS - SOUP STOCK |
3 | 1 CUP - WATER |
4 | 10 - MARBLED POTATOES |
5 | 5 - BABY CARROTS |
6 | 3 BRUSSELL - SPROUTS |
7 | CABBAGE |
Steps
1 | Thaw the Corned Beef Express in the refrigerator overnight in its original packaging. Once thawed, remove it from packaging and put into a pot with the soup stock. |
2 | Add one cup of water, making sure that the slab is fully submerged in the pot. Boil it for approximately 10 minutes. |
3 | Once the corned beef's flavors have had the chance to mingle with the the soup stock, remove the corned beef, and add your vegetables. Let them simmer all together for a few minutes. |
4 | Remove vegetables from soup stock and transfer to a serving dish with corned beef. Feel free to add rice to your serving, or serve with a side of mustard and cream of horseradish! |

1 | You can also use other vegetables such as red potatoes, rutabagas and turnips to bring more interesting flavors to the mix. |
