BREAKFAST TAPA

Ingredients
| 1 | 1 KG - AGED ANGUS STRIPLOIN TAPA CUT, CHOICE GRADE |
| 2 | 1/2 - CUP SOY SAUCE |
| 3 | 3 PIECES - GARLIC CLOVES (MINCED) |
| 4 | 2 TBSP - SUGAR |
| 5 | TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER |
| 6 | 4 CUPS - GARLIC FRIED RICE |
| 7 | 4 PIECES - SUNNY SIDE UP EGGS |
Steps
| 1 | Marinate the Striploin Tapa Cut in soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. |
| 2 | After 1 hour, preheat your skillet to medium high heat and drizzle in some olive oil. |
| 3 | Quickly sear your Tapa Cut until it changes color, once color has changed, reduce your heat to low and let the soy marinade reduce. About 15 minutes. |
| 4 | Once your sauce has reduced, remove the pan from the heat and taste. Season if necessary. |
| 5 | Serve with garlic fried rice and a sunny side up egg. |
Tips
| 1 | Marinating your beef overnight in the refrigerator will give you better infused flavor and help to tenderize the beef. |
