Ingredients
1 16 PIECES - BEEF FRANKS COCKTAILS
2 4 PIECES - TOMATOES (CUT IN HALF)
3 1 LARGE - CAN PORK AND BEANS
4 4 PIECES - SUNNY SIDE UP EGGS
5 4 PIECES - SOURDOUGH BREAD (TOASTED)
6 BUTTER
7 TABASCO (OPTIONAL)
8 TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER
Steps
1 Heat up a large saute pan and saute your beef franks until it gets a nice color on all sides, set aside.
2 Saute the tomatoes until it blisters, and season with salt and pepper.
3 Next, warm up your pork and beans and season with Tabasco if desired, set aside.
4 Fry 4 eggs, sunny side up and season with salt and pepper.
5 Toast 4 pieces of sourdough bread and spread evenly with butter.
6 Serve everything on a large dish.
