Ingredients
1 | 16 PIECES - BEEF FRANKS COCKTAILS |
2 | 4 PIECES - TOMATOES (CUT IN HALF) |
3 | 1 LARGE - CAN PORK AND BEANS |
4 | 4 PIECES - SUNNY SIDE UP EGGS |
5 | 4 PIECES - SOURDOUGH BREAD (TOASTED) |
6 | BUTTER |
7 | TABASCO (OPTIONAL) |
8 | TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER |
Steps
1 | Heat up a large saute pan and saute your beef franks until it gets a nice color on all sides, set aside. |
2 | Saute the tomatoes until it blisters, and season with salt and pepper. |
3 | Next, warm up your pork and beans and season with Tabasco if desired, set aside. |
4 | Fry 4 eggs, sunny side up and season with salt and pepper. |
5 | Toast 4 pieces of sourdough bread and spread evenly with butter. |
6 | Serve everything on a large dish. |
