BAKED BBQ RIBS

Thanks to a special brushing sauce and the magic of vegetable fixings, these Baked BBQ Ribs are packed with flavor.

Ingredients
1 1 - 2 PACKS - BBQ RIBS FROM PRIMEBEEF COMPANY (WITH ITS VERY OWN SPECIAL BRUSHING SAUCE)
2 2 CANS - WHOLE MUSHROOMS
3 2 PIECES - ONION LEEKS
4 1 BUNDLE - ASPARAGUS OR ANY OF YOUR OTHER FAVORITE VEGETABLES.
Steps
1 First you'll want to prep your vegetables, so wash and chop them up, as you'll be arranging them in a layer over your ribs later.
2 Preheat the oven at 250°C for about 10 minutes. Arrange the ribs in 1 layer in a baking pan, spread the vegetables on top of the ribs, then pour the brushing sauce all over the arrangement so all the flavors can get to know each other!
3 Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and seal the sides.
4 Place the baking pan in the preheated oven, bring the temperature down to 200°C, then let it bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot!
Tips
1 For juicier and more flavorful ribs, we suggest that you slow thaw (8-12 hours) in the refrigerator in their vacuum-sealed packaging to keep its juiciness and flavor.
