ASIAN BEEF LETTUCE CRUNCH
A superb way to prepare beef, all in a crunchy lettuce package.

Ingredients
| 1 | 1 KG GROUND BEEF 70 VL |
| 2 | 1 TSP GINGER (MINCED) |
| 3 | 1 TBSP GARLIC (MINCED) |
| 4 | 1 SMALL ONION (CHOPPED) |
| 5 | 1 TBSP SESAME OIL |
| 6 | 1/2 TBSP SOY SAUCE |
| 7 | 1 TSP SUGAR |
| 8 | LETTUCE LEAVES (RINSE) |
| 9 | TO TASTE SALT & PEPPER |
| 10 | SRIRACHA (OPTIONAL) |
Steps
| 1 | Preheat a large saute pan and drizzle in some olive oil. |
| 2 | Saute your onions until it has sweat then add in your ginger and garlic. Cook until softened down. |
| 3 | Add your ground beef and cook until it has changed color, about 15 minutes. |
| 4 | Season your beef mix with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt and pepper. |
| 5 | Let cook for another 10 minutes so flavors will infuse the beef. |
| 6 | Scoop some beef in each piece of lettuce and serve with a few drops of Srircaha if desired. |
Tips
| 1 | Keep your lettuce leaves in a bowl of ice water before serving. This helps to maintain that leafy crisp. |
