AIR FRIED CRISPY CORNED BEEF EXPRESS

Ingredients
1 | 1 PACK - CORNED BEEF EXPRESS |
2 | 2 PIECES - POTATOES (OPTIONAL) |
3 | 2 PIECES - EGG (OPTIONAL) |
Steps
1 | Fully thaw the slab in the refrigerator for about 12 hours for 1 kilo (time may vary depending on size of slab or power of refrigerator) |
2 | Shred up the corned beef by hand until you have small thin strands. |
3 | Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F or around 200°C for about 5 minutes before placing the corned beef in the basket. |
4 | Cook the corned beef for a total of 10 minutes, still at 400°F. Cook for 5 minutes first. |
5 | Take the basket out and mix and stir the corned beef a little, then cook for 5 minutes more. |
6 | Enjoy your crispy corned beef! Serve with rice, and however you like your eggs. |
Tips
1 | We Recommend you thaw 12 hours for 1 kilo. |
2 | For a corned beef hash, you can cook small potato cubes along with the corned beef for the same amount of cook time, as long as you parboil the potatoes first! |
