Over the years, a lot of customers have asked for our pre-cooked items like our roast beef to be sliced upon delivery. As much as we’d love to, cutting them beforehand will dry out the meat through the exposed faces of the slices over time. The outer layer with the seasoning keeps the meat inside juicy and tender for serving later on.

Hope this clears up why we only serve our roasts whole, to maintain the quality. Don’t worry though, we’ll be coming up with other sliced products with quality maintained soon enough!
