KOREAN BBQ SHORTRIBS

Ingredients
1 500 G - THIN SHORT RIBS BONE IN
2 1 TBSP - MIRIN
3 3 TBSP - HOISIN
4 2 TBSP - GOCHUJANG
5 1 TSP - SOY SAUCE
6 1 TBSP - BROWN SUGAR
7 2 SHEETS - NORI
8 30 G - CHEESE
Steps
1 In a small mixing bowl, add in brown sugar, hoisin, mirin, soy sauce and gochujang.
2 Marinade the short ribs for at least an hour.
3 Grill the marinated short ribs while melting your cheese in a separate pan.
4 Serve with rice, nori, cheese and kimchi.
