GRILLED BBQ BEEF RIBS AND BBQ BABY BACK RIBS

Our savory brushing sauce is what makes these grilled BBQ Ribs so special. Don't forget to serve 'em hot!

Prep Time 25 MINUTES
Difficulty BEGINNER - INTERMEDIATE
Good For 5-6 PEOPLE
Ingredients
1 2KG - BBQ RIBS (WITH ITS VERY OWN SPECIAL BRUSHING SAUCE)
2 50ML - COOKING OIL
Steps
1 Preheat the grill (preferably charcoal for best results) at high fire for about 10 minutes. Brush the grilling grate lightly with cooking oil to prevent the ribs from sticking.
2 Coat both sides of the ribs with the brushing sauce before grilling. Place the ribs on the hot grill and continue coating both sides of the ribs with the brushing sauce as you cook the meat. A golden-brown color will indicate that the ribs are ready.
3 Place the ribs on the hot grill but do not coat the ribs with the brushing sauce just yet. The ribs will start to warm after a couple of minutes. When the ribs are warm, open the slits with your long-handled tong. Coat both sides of the ribs with the brushing sauce as you continue grilling to your desired doneness.
When the fat layers peeking through the slits are translucent in color, your BBQ Beef Ribs are ready!
4 Serve both fresh off the grill.
Tips
1 Make sure that the ribs are thawed thoroughly before cooking. You can add more slits/cuts to the BBQ Baby Back Ribs, which allows the brushing sauce to really get into the ribs. Others even make a criss-cross pattern, which can make your cooked ribs look more visually appealing!
2 Please note that the ribs are already precooked and therefore only need to be seared or warmed on the grill.
3 BBQ Ribs from Primebeef Company always include their very own special brushing sauce. We recommend that you split the Brushing Sauce into 2: half for your brushing sauce (during grilling and/or cooking) and the other half for serving as a sauce. You can heat the brushing sauce to a boil for thicker consistency.
4 Check the heat by placing your hand about 2 inches away from the grilling grate; if you're unable to keep your hand there for more than 2 seconds, it's hot enough!
