CLASSIC CORNED BEEF EXPRESS

This is an easy recipe to make and the best way for you to acquaint yourself with our Corned Beef Express.

Ingredients
1 1-1 ½ KG - CORNED BEEF EXPRESS
2 4 CUPS - SOUP STOCK
3 1 CUP - WATER
4 10 - MARBLED POTATOES
5 5 - BABY CARROTS
6 3 BRUSSELL - SPROUTS
7 CABBAGE
Steps
1 Thaw the Corned Beef Express in the refrigerator overnight in its original packaging. Once thawed, remove it from packaging and put into a pot with the soup stock.
2 Add one cup of water, making sure that the slab is fully submerged in the pot. Boil it for approximately 10 minutes.
3 Once the corned beef's flavors have had the chance to mingle with the the soup stock, remove the corned beef, and add your vegetables. Let them simmer all together for a few minutes.
4 Remove vegetables from soup stock and transfer to a serving dish with corned beef. Feel free to add rice to your serving, or serve with a side of mustard and cream of horseradish!
Tips
1 You can also use other vegetables such as red potatoes, rutabagas and turnips to bring more interesting flavors to the mix.
