CARNE ASADA TACOS

A savory way to eat tacos that can make dinnertime feel like a fiesta.

Ingredients
1 800 G (SLICED INTO STRIPS) - AGED ANGUS BONELESS STEAK TRIMS
2 3 TBSP - TACO SPICE MIX
3 6 PIECES - CORN TORTILLAS
4 6 TBSP - GARLIC AIOLI
5 1/2 CUP - CILANTRO (CHOPPED)
6 4 PIECES - LIME WEDGES
7 TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER
Steps
1 Slice the Steak Trims into strips and place in a bowl. Season the strips with Taco Spice Mix, Salt, Pepper and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2 Preheat your pan at low heat for about 2 minutes. Once hot, place your tortillas in the pan and let it warm through. Set aside.
3 Take out your marinated beef strips then bring up the heat of your pan to medium high. Drizzle some olive oil in the pan and quickly sear your beef strips, about 4 minutes
4 Once seared, transfer to a serving dish. You may start to assemble your tacos.
Tips
1 You can squeeze in lime juice as well during marination for that extra hint of citrus flavor.
2 Serve tacos freshly assembled so they don't get soggy.
