BREAKFAST TAPA

Ingredients
1 1 KG - AGED ANGUS STRIPLOIN TAPA CUT, CHOICE GRADE
2 1/2 - CUP SOY SAUCE
3 3 PIECES - GARLIC CLOVES (MINCED)
4 2 TBSP - SUGAR
5 TO TASTE - SALT & PEPPER
6 4 CUPS - GARLIC FRIED RICE
7 4 PIECES - SUNNY SIDE UP EGGS
Steps
1 Marinate the Striploin Tapa Cut in soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
2 After 1 hour, preheat your skillet to medium high heat and drizzle in some olive oil.
3 Quickly sear your Tapa Cut until it changes color, once color has changed, reduce your heat to low and let the soy marinade reduce. About 15 minutes.
4 Once your sauce has reduced, remove the pan from the heat and taste. Season if necessary.
5 Serve with garlic fried rice and a sunny side up egg.
Tips
1 Marinating your beef overnight in the refrigerator will give you better infused flavor and help to tenderize the beef.
