BEEF TERIYAKI ROLL UPS

Ingredients
1 500G - THIN SHORT RIBS BONELESS, CHOICE GRADE
2 1/3 CUP - SOY SAUCE
3 2 TSP - GARLIC (MINCED)
4 1 TSP - GINGER (GRATED)
5 2 TBSP - HONEY
6 1 TBSP - LIME/LEMON JUICE
7 1/2 PIECE - MEDIUM CARROT (JULIENNED)
8 1/2 PIECE - ZUCCHINI (JULIENNED)
9 1 PIECE - RED/GREEN BELL PEPPER (JULIENNED)
10 6 PIECES - ASPARAGUS
11 1 TSP - SRIRACHA (OPTIONAL)
Steps
1 Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, lime, sriracha in a bowl. This would serve as your marinade.
2 Add the thinly sliced Short Ribs to the marinade, let it all marinate for 30 mins to a few hours in the fridge.
3 Place a few slices of your julienned vegetables onto the thinly sliced Short Ribs then roll up to seal everything together with your small wooden skewers.
4 Grill over medium to high heat for 2 to 3 minutes then proceed to sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
5 In a saucepan reduce the remaining marinade sauce on high heat until thickened then pour over beef rolls before serving.
Tips
1 Submerge your small wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning while cooking.
2 We also recommend using a Japanese soy-sauce-like product known as Tamari as the soy sauce.
