Ingredients
1 | 1 KG - BBQ RIBS (DEBONED) |
2 | 100 G - SPECIAL BRUSHING SAUCE |
3 | 20 G - CRUSHED GARLIC |
4 | 30 G - GINGER |
5 | 15 ML - HONEY |
6 | 45 G - BROWN SUGAR |
7 | 100 ML - SOY SAUCE |
8 | 45 ML - SESAME OIL |
Steps
1 | Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. |
2 | Heat the wok over high fire. Add a tablespoon of sesame oil, and distribute the oil evenly by moving the wok around. |
3 | Sauté the crushed garlic and ginger in the wok, then place your ribs. Let those flavors get to know each other. |
4 | Mix in the soy sauce, brown sugar and honey all together. |
5 | Add the cut broccoli and the brushing sauce and stir fry. Cooking time should be about 5-9 minutes to maintain the vegetables' crunchiness and nutritional value! |
6 | Serve it a la carte, or as a rice topping. |
Tips
1 | Most people will use just the broccoli heads, but the stems are delicious too! |
2 | If you'd like a thicker sauce, mix in a little bit of cornstarch and water mixture when mixing in the sauce. |
