AIR FRIED KOREAN SHORT RIBS

Yep, there’s a way to do at home what they do in your average samgyupsal. It’s a simple procedure, and all it takes are the right ingredients.

Ingredients
1 1 PACK - THICK SHORT RIBS BONELESS, CHOICE GRADE
2 ¼ CUP - SPICY BULGOGI
3 ¼ CUP - SOY SAUCE
4 ¼ CUP - MIRIN
Steps
1 Prepare the marinade for your ribs. Mix together ¼ cup of soy sauce, ¼ cup of mirin, and ¼ cup of store-bought spicy bulgogi.
2 Slice your thick cut short ribs according to your desired thickness, and marinade the ribs for at least 30 minutes.
3 Take out your ribs and give the meat a few more dabs of the marinade with a glazing brush.
4 Preheat your air fryer by letting it go at 400°F for 5 minutes.
5 Gently lower your ribs and let it cook for 3 minutes and 400°F.
6 Take the basket out of the fryer and brush the ribs with the marinade again! Flip to cook the other side, and cook in the fryer for 3 minutes more.
7 Serve and enjoy!
Tips
1 Don't forget to fully thaw your meats in the refrigerator to get the most of the quality beef!
2 We suggest you prepare your favorite Banchan along with this dish.
3 We suggest you marinade for a longer amount of time since the longer you let it marinade, the more flavor you’ll get.
