Burger Buns



1. Thaw patties in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, let them sit at room temperature 30
minutes before cooking.

2. Preheat grill at medium high heat and lightly grease the grates with oil.

3. Season both sides of the patty with salt, pepper and desired spices and place on the grill.

4. Cook burgers until a crust forms, which should take about 4 minutes. Then flip the burgers
and cook to desired degree of doneness, 3 minutes for medium rare and 5 minutes for medium.

5. Top each burger with Manchego cheese slices; cover and grill just until cheese melts, about
20 seconds.

6. Spread the cut sides of the buns with about 1 tablespoon each of garlic aioli. Place 1 burger
on each bottom bun.

7. Top evenly with arugula. Cover with top buns, and serve.
